In his role, Mr. Sazzad Hassan leads the design and delivery of soft skills training programs for both new hires and experienced employees. These programs, which integrate both classroom and virtual components, cover a wide range of topics, including Business Leadership, Communication, Customer Service, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Fraud and Forensic Investigation.
Mr. Hassan has successfully provided corporate training services to renowned organizations such as EON Group of Companies, BSRM, Pacific Jeans Ltd., FCI (BD) Ltd., New Zealand Dairy Products, BSA Group of Companies, CEAT Corporation, British-American Resource Centre, Polar Ice Cream, Cider International School, Bangladesh Navy, Frobel Academy, the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT), Action for Hunger, and more.
With over a decade of diverse professional experience, Mr. Hassan has held significant leadership and strategic roles. From February 2013 to June 2018, he served as the Head of HR at New Zealand Dairy Products Bangladesh Limited, where he led strategic human resource initiatives. Prior to this, from January 2007 to January 2013, he worked as a Management Accountant at Karnaphuli Fertilizer Company Limited, developing expertise in financial management and operational efficiency. His career also includes a tenure as a Risk Assurance Officer at Pacific Jeans Limited from October 2005 to December 2006, where he focused on risk assessment and compliance.
Mr. Hassan began his professional journey as an Articled Student with KPMG Rahman Rahman Huq Chartered Accountants from June 2002 to September 2005, gaining a strong foundation in auditing and financial advisory services.
