The Certified Human Resource Consultant® (CHRC®) designation is a tailored qualification designed for ambitious Senior HR Professionals seeking to advance their careers to the next level. Academy of Finance and Management (AFMA) Bangladesh is an approved teaching institution authorized by the Institute of Strategic Management and Finance to provide prestigious CHRC® certification.

• Must have a Master/Graduation with a major in HR “OR” PGDHRM from any recognized Institute.
• Must have 10 years of job experience in the field of HR.

We believe that senior HR professionals have extensive knowledge and experience that can be effectively demonstrated through certification. This certification provides greater visibility, opportunities, and recognition. Therefore, we offer an accelerated pathway specifically designed for senior HR professionals.

To obtain this certification, candidates must submit a successful assignment to the Institute of Human Resources Management Professional® (IHRM) USA.  LINK < https://ismfglobal.org/ihrm/> AFMA Bangladesh will serve as the liaison between the institute and participants, providing guidance in preparing the assignment and facilitating its submission to the institute.

The CHRC certification is accredited by HRCI (USA), the Human Capital Institute, and CPD (UK). Additionally, participants have the opportunity to obtain CHRC certification from Western State University, California. LINK < https://www.wsu.university/>

	After successfully completing the whole program, participants will get the prestigious Certified Human Resource Consultant (CHRC) certification and become proud member of the esteemed Institute of Human Resources Management Professional® (USA).
	This course is accredited by the Skill Development Council Canada. After successful completion of the course, participants can obtain a Master Diploma in Human Resource Management (MDHRM) from SDCC.
