Course Objective	The Certified Accounting Technician: Ideal for non-accounting professionals, small business owners, or anyone looking to enhance their financial literacy, this certification provides the knowledge needed to understand and contribute to financial processes in any organization
Requirements to join the CAT Porgram	✔ A Bachelor’s degree in any field ✔ At least two years of experience in any area (e.g., HR, business management, sales, marketing, supply chain, internal control, treasury, banking, etc.) is preferred. ✔ However, university students are also welcome to join; ✔ A minimum of 25 hours of approved accounting management training.
Course Accreditation	Our course is accredited by the Institute of Accounting Technicians® USA and the Institute of Strategic Management and Finance, USA. For more information, visit their website. After certification, you have the opportunity to become a certified member of these institutes as well.

Upon completing the course, you will be required to sit for an online exam.
✔ Marks: 60
✔ Passing score: 50%
✔ Duration: 90 minutes.
If a participant fails the exam, they can retake it on the next available date by confirming via email. In this case, only the exam fee of GBP 20 (Tk 3,000) needs to be paid.

AAP does not require a membership fee. Instead, they encourage participation in our ‘Certificate of Proficiency’ twice a year in lieu of an annual fee. AAP will issue the certificate.
